Terms of Use

Eligibility and onboarding

• Partners must provide accurate basic information during onboarding.
• No deposit, required top-up, account purchase, or package purchase is required to apply.
• We may approve, reject, pause, or close partner access based on product fit, risk review, regional restrictions, or program availability.
• Some games, markets, payment channels, or partner types may have special terms.

CPS revenue share and settlement

• CPS means Cost Per Sale. Revenue share is calculated only from eligible player purchases that are correctly attributed and confirmed through the partner dashboard and internal review.
• Clicks, installs, registrations, or other actions do not generate a revenue share unless separately confirmed in writing.
• Commercial terms may vary by game, region, payment channel, and partner type. Applicable terms are confirmed privately with each partner and are not published as a fixed public rate.
• Settlement timing and method are subject to data confirmation, partner confirmation, payment-channel availability, and risk review.
• Refunds, chargebacks, black-card payments, abnormal top-ups, attribution disputes, or confirmed abuse may be deducted from current or future settlement.
• Final revenue-share data is based on verified records and the commercial terms confirmed by both parties.

USDT payments

If USDT settlement is used, partners are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network. TRC20 transfer fees may be covered by the platform unless otherwise notified. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible, and exchange-rate or channel limitations may affect timing or availability.

Attribution and player binding

• Players may be attributed through dedicated tracking links or eligible manual binding review.
• Manual binding is not guaranteed and may be denied if a player is already attributed, recently active under another attribution, or fails internal review.
• Dashboard data may be semi-real-time and subject to correction after refund, payment, fraud, or attribution review.

Materials and intellectual property

We may provide game images, videos, copywriting, guides, or training materials for approved partner use. These materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Partners must not modify, resell, or use materials in a misleading, illegal, or platform-violating way.

Partner conduct

Partners must follow the Partner Compliance rules, game rules, platform rules, payment-channel rules, and applicable law. We may pause tracking, withhold settlement, deduct invalid amounts, revoke resources, or terminate cooperation for suspected or confirmed violations.

Changes, suspension, and termination

Products, commercial terms, payment methods, regional availability, training materials, and program rules may change. We may update the website or notify partners through direct communication. Either side may stop cooperation, but unresolved settlement, fraud, payment, or compliance issues may still need to be reviewed.

资格和入门流程

• 合作方在入门流程中必须提供准确的基础信息。
• 申请不需要保证金、强制充值、购买账号或购买礼包。
• 我们可基于产品匹配度、风险审核、地区限制或计划可用性，批准、拒绝、暂停或关闭合作权限。
• 部分游戏、市场、支付通道或合作类型可能适用特殊条款。

CPS 分成与结算

• CPS 是 Cost Per Sale（按销售／有效付费分成）。只有归因正确、符合规则，并经合作后台和内部审核确认的玩家付费，才计入合作分成。
• 点击、安装、注册或其他行为本身不产生分成，除非双方另有书面确认。
• 具体合作条件可能因游戏、地区、支付通道和合作方类型而不同，由双方单独确认，网站不公布统一固定比例。
• 结算时间和方式以数据确认、合作方确认、支付通道可用性及风控审核结果为准。
• 退款、拒付、黑卡支付、异常充值、归因争议或确认的违规行为，可能从当期或后续结算中扣减。
• 最终分成数据以核实记录和双方确认的合作条件为准。

USDT 支付

如果使用 USDT 结算，合作方需要提供正确的钱包地址和网络。除另行通知外，TRC20 转账手续费可由平台承担。区块链转账可能不可逆，汇率或通道限制也可能影响支付时间或可用性。

归因和玩家绑定

• 玩家可通过专属追踪链接归因，也可在符合条件时申请人工绑定审核。
• 人工绑定不保证通过；如果玩家已有归属、近期仍处于其他归因关系，或未通过内部审核，可能无法绑定。
• 后台数据可能为半实时数据，并可能在退款、支付、欺诈或归因审核后修正。

素材和知识产权

我们可能向通过审核的合作方提供游戏图片、视频、文案、攻略或培训资料。这些素材仍归各自权利方所有。合作方不得以误导、违法或违反平台规则的方式修改、转售或使用素材。

合作方行为

合作方必须遵守合作合规规则、游戏规则、平台规则、支付通道规则和适用法律。如存在疑似或确认违规，我们可暂停追踪、暂缓结算、扣减无效金额、撤销资源或终止合作。

变更、暂停和终止

产品、合作条件、支付方式、地区可用性、培训资料和计划规则可能调整。我们可能通过网站更新或直接沟通通知合作方。任一方均可停止合作，但未完成的结算、欺诈、支付或合规问题仍可能需要继续审核。
